I'm only surprised there aren't more of these displays on the market. The number of people using the Microserver as an HTPC I'd be astonished if there wasn't a 5.25" VFD that would fit and work as a track / file info display.

It's currently mounted on the stripboard you can find in my DTMF decoding video. I've pretty much come to terms with the fact I'm going to need to chop it in half, but I'm interested to see how you got around the blue HP beacon light.
