Hi, im having problems with the switches and throttle, when I flip a switch, I cant flip it back and I cant control the throttle with my mouse, is there a way to fix this?

Here's a thought. If you are gonna do a tutorial (regardlessof age) know what the F you are talking about. It should'nt be filled by "ok, I made a mistake" every minute.

It dose not let me do Cold And Dark its grayed out and says it need 1 hour of engine running time or something. I think it means I need to have flown in it at least 1 hour before I can :/...

nice, but i've noticed you have set your flaps to full, according to the manual "Normal land-based takeoffs should always be performed with flaps HALF to prevent overrotation. Carrier catapult launches should always be performed with flaps FULL"

How do you stop the check trim warning on takeoff, is there an indecater to set it for t/o?

check trim warns you if your takeoff trim is not in the right position. If it warns you during takeoff, you need to turn on the trim by pressing the button he describes or by pressing ctrl + t. Once you've gained enough speed (around 200) turn off the trim by pressing either thing again.

FCS is explained in the vid as well as NWS.  But too get rudder/steering working just hit Shift + N

Hello, I'm with a problem, I can not put throttler at idle. This caught all of the early steps did not know why but does not move.

@VulturGhyphus Hi, I somtimes have this problem. What i do is cycle my throttle all the way forward then back. Then it seems to allow them to go into idle when you click on them.

@SUPERRAAF1 You could even try with the F3-F2 keys, it usually works for me. Just push F3 until you see the throttles moving forward a tad. Two hits on the key and they throttles should be up to idle position.

How do you get the plane to keep steady during landing. Whenever I try to land, it keeps going out of control and rocking side to side.

@UNSClead1 That may be from not having all your realism settings to full, you need to change them in the settings in FSX, but keep crash detection off.

Or it may be that you are coming in a little too slow, or you arnt familiar with the Bug

@callsignDEVIL11 You will need to go into the ACM (aircraft manager) preferences and unselect all the other cockkpit option exept for cold and dark...it needs to be the only one selected

Hello, I need some help please, When I hit "APU ON" it spools up (the sound and stuff) and then it stops. The APU doesnt turn on. Then I get "APU ACC" alarm. It is displayed where the other Warnings are near the BATT switch. Please Help! I did everything you said.

@krischand09 He is saying when he moves the stick to get the control surfaces to show up nothing happens. do you have to use that fsuipc Peice of crap? Becouse I move my stick and only the right stabilizer moves. I tried calibrating using fsuipc But wtf are you ment to do? its an impossibly annoying program to use. I spent so much money on this product and it doesn't work ima go down to vrs and shoot up the place in a minute.

Im not too sure what you are refering to, so could you please reply with more info:)

But, there are a few general things you will need to fly this thing proberly:

FSUIPC (freeware or payware)

Realism settings in FSX must be all the way to the left, but crash detection can be off.

So, just reply back, so i can get a better idea of your problem...seeing i say quite alot in the video

First make sure your in ACM keycommand mode (should be defult) after startup, press SHIFT+N to enable nose wheel steering. Then 'N' to change between HI and LOW, on the hud it will say either 'NWS' or NWS HI.

interior checks is wrong.. Flaps are supposed to be in full position. stated on NATOPS and its the position which settles the hyd's. L/R gens are always in the on position. bleed air is set to NORM. fire loop tests are done before the APU is on....you know what...I'll send you a message. Take it from me. I am currently working on these and i'm a prior turn qualified instructor.
