That's because censorship has nothing to do with snuffing out hate. You can say all sorts of hateful things on youtube, TV, radio, etc. as long as you don't use "offensive" words. Censorship is just supposed to reassure parents that their innocent little kid won't pick up any swear words from the internet / TV, or ::gasp:: learn that sex exists. The funny thing is these days any kid with a computer can just look up the censored lyrics anyway.
