I know its hard to believe, but this version has been taken quote mined, and taken out of context. The full speech is called "the president and the press." It might not blow your mind, but its the truth.

You are wrong. I have read the whole speech. Why don't you read on Kennedy's criticism of the CIA after the Bay of Pigs. He threatened to do away with it /destroy it. He fired 3 main people. He sent Allen Dulles, the director, to Europe. Ironically Dulles was in the Warren Commision that found there was no conspiracy to kill Kennedy - how ironic.
