I'm not sure that this version is by Robert Miles. Some years ago, I fell sucker to one of those cheap mix tapes from WalMart. They were all covers of then, popular songs. X-Files was on there, and it sounded exactly like this. The random voices are what is an indication of it.
Still, not a bad cover, considering it came from a cheapy bargain bin CD/tape.

Well, the X-Files Theme is here remixed with what sounds very much like Robert Miles' "Children", so it could be that he made it. It is more likely to be a fan remix of two great songs, though. :-)

Well, Mark Snow is the original composer of the X-Files theme. This song is remixed with something that sounds very much like Robert Miles, but Miles is of course not the only one who uses that style, even though he made it famous. DJ Dado is credited as having created this remix, so I assume that Dado is the person behind it.
