Ford was running against Carter, not Nixon. The Bush family has been attending Yale since 1840's. Have you ever heard of a legacy? W's whole miserable puppet live has been controlled. His family has ties to the first Fed bank, funded the Nazi's during WW2, and blew up bio/chem weapons dump in GW1 directly causing over 300K deaths and disabilities. W has followed in a long line class A POS.

W did maintain the family legacy of egregious war crimes. Bravo.

It's true that religion has been used for the purpose of controlling the masses. But so many kids who like to wear the badge of being an "intellectual", fall right into the trap & programming they've received of bashing and blaming any religion or faith for problems of the world, not realizing that they may be victims of social engineering, and playing right into the doctrine and philosophy of the elites who need to remove all faiths, if they are to assert themselves with authority over all.

No FatHeretic, you just assert that your belief system; there is no possibility of an intelligent creator is automatically aligned with "science". There are credible scientists out there presenting compelling evidence, and contending for the possibility of intelligent design, without any religious agenda. It's apparent to me that once children started becoming indoctrinated with the teaching that they are nothing more than animals, society began to digress and destabilize at a rapid rate.

Agree very much with the fact that we are being dumbed down. Disagree that we are animals and nothing more, and believe it's one of the indoctrinations being used to demoralize and destabilize society. Religion is not the problem, but that man will use anything he can to sway the masses. Religion has been used for this purpose but what if teaching mankind that they are nothing more than animals is part of the deliberate attempt to dumb us down, and the very reason we act like retarded monkeys?

@EdWatts Jimmy Carter dumber then Bush you say. Well, I'm no fan of Jimmy the Prez, but JC came from pretty humble beginnings and: graduated from the Naval Academy, a Naval Nuclear Power Officer, resigned and built up the family farm to a level considered to be successful and made JC wealthy.

JC was put in a tough situation the late 70's and certainly didn't help matters.

Bush has been a failure at everything he ever did. That is still true.

@trublu97 Not quite true. Bush graduated from Yale (Do we really have any evidence that 0bama graduated from anything? He -- and others -- say he did, but where's the documentation?). Bush finished AFNG Flight School and piloted fighters. Bush was also not a failure in seeking the United States presidency. Carter became president solely because he had nothing to do with Nixon. 0bama became president because of Affirmative Action and Political Correctness. "Navy 'corpseman' ", anyone?

OK, let's see now. According to the left, the right is stupid, while according to the right, the left is stupid. Well, if I recall correctly, it's Christian Fundamentalists on the right in the Republican party who wish to insert Creationism or so-called Intelligent Design, ID, into high school science textbooks. I have never wanted to see dumb stuff, anytime anyone is watching it I comment on how stupid it is that they are being entertained on such trash. By the way the definition of being smart instead of stupid is to be able to summize any situation and act appropriately for all involved with the future in mind, intellegence is seldom about doing what you want or what is easy.

The scheme explains so much. If I go up to my dad and tell him that pot is not harmful at all and it's been notoriously propagandized for decades, he will REFUSE to process the information because it DOES NOT COMPLY with his current beliefs.

Yes the Schema explains why people act the way they do in daily interactions with other people.

Also towards the end he says people start to wonder if they are crazy for questioning the stupidity. I have thought I was the "only one" and since the idiots outnumber the intelligent people they also make you feel as if you are the "wrong one".

I am telling you people are almost unbearable now.
