In what way was that hate speach in the same way that warnings on cigarrete packets, which, are a barage of vile abusive wordiness! So if I went to a nativity scene and turned one of the wise men around so that it looks like baby jesus was sniffing his butt wouldn't that be about the same thing. To alter a sign like that is pretty close to censorship and I would hate to think that someone gets elected that sort of thought control.

If the grounds allow a nativity scene, then it damn sure allows this sign. Free speech extends to all, even if you don't agree with them.

There wasn't anything hateful about that message. There is a lot of information needed to make a conclusion about this ordeal. for one was there any other displays also in the building? If so, then all displays must be allowed.

That tag comment - especially during Christmas time - leads me to believe that you may want to use your office as a means to allow only "sanctioned "unhateful" comments" during Christmas time...is that true? Why just Christmas time? Are you promoting Christmas as being more special than other times?
