broccoli was so bitter as a girl. my mom made me and my brother eat once (our oldest brother ate EVERYTHING. show off) i threw up on my plate.

now that i'm 20 and many of my taste buds have died i can eat broccoli if it's cooked in something. but i STILL pick around it :P
