I live in the UK and i haven't seen this until now!Theres been no mention of anything like this on the news over here only the number of dead coming back from Afghanistan and even thats died down in the news because our boy's are dropping like fly's out there. instead the news is saturated with bullshit we don't need to know about like how much weight a celebrity lost this month.Love'd the video though as it makes me want to be there with you and thats what the media is scared of! Two Veterans of the "War on Terror", one female ex-sergeant and one male ex-corporal I think he had been, burned the flag on the podium to protest what America has become, a brutal warfare state without any justice or truth, only murderous intent to dominate and destroy.

It was painful for me to watch, being a Vet too, but I could also understand the outrage these two felt at being raised to believe in America and to then go find themselves caught in a cynical system now brutally betraying those values. These two were definitely vetted as a legitimate veterans. A lot of this happened during Vietnam too, as well as vets throwing their medals away.

btw, I saw the other rally same day at congress (teabaggers against health care bill) and estimated 1500 or so from my upper vantage point.I bet the corporate media overestimated that crowd size. They also held a camp at at the Washington monument this week and also Cindy Sheehan and several others were arrested yesterday.

One organizer of my bus trip from Columbus, Ohio estimated the crowd at 9000 to 12,000. I have attended several in dc the largest being the one Jane Fonda spoke at decades after her original during Vietnam which was over 100,000. If the press mentions at all, they always vastly underestimate crowd size. Bush generally left the white house that day. One year they dropped rabbit virus on us from helicopters (reported by freepressdotorg originally).

The national media censors coverage because they do not want the american people to know the truth. I saw probably 30 sec. of coverage on cnn displaying names of the war dead on a lawn and nothing more not one of the thousands of protestors in the street..
