All M83 songs are so peaceful.. but most of them are sad.. they remind me of some friends who passed away a few days ago and I find it so hard to believe that they re gone and we will never see them again.. :/
This music is so powerfull and gracefull, I still listen to it one year after discovering it... I sugest you to climb a mountain while listening to this x)
Epic. Suggest you listen to this right after M83's "Outro" (last track on their latest album, "Hurry Up, We're Dreaming"-also epic). Great end title.

Is that a MOOG he is standing in front of? That clear cube? It seems to have wiring inside of it.

It's Blade Runner. - Well it sounds a lot like Vangelis....not bad though

This song would make a good intro to a western film, maybe a sad one. It has that feel , at least it does to me.

@friedfish1982
I could definitely imagine that. :)
It is a bit sad, isn't it?

Or maybe they could use it for when the hero realizes that he has lost everything, yet comes to terms with it? You know what I'm talking about?

@friedfish1982 Synth's should not be in westerns.

what instrument(s) are used to make this song?
XxN3RD 1 year ago
@XxN3RD The intro is piano, but as the song progresses there seems to be some synth and some guitar effects thrown in. Its prominently piano though.
