I think Mason is a quality player and underrated. He seems alot stronger this year compared to 2009/2010 season and a better player overall. I heard his name come up in trade talks this year and I would hate to see him go anytime soon : /

I remember this goal. Not only was it Racin' Mason Raymond's first goal, but Jason Jaffray got his first NHL goal this night too. Coincidentally enough, Jason Jaffray is now an Anaheim Duck!

He was called up a lot when Vancouver had a few of their top forwards go down with injuries. It seems like each time they call him up he gets better and more improved!!!!(alot more)

This kid is going to be special. If he had played the full season and not get injured down the stretch, he wouldve easily got 20 goals. 9 goals and 21 points in 49 games, not bad at all. What strikes me about Raymond is that he was analyzed by scouts to be a playmaker (which he is) but Raymond has been gifted with a scoring touch as well. I hope he has recovered nicely from that leg injury, cant wait until training camp. The roster spot is for him to lose.
