It is definitely the LA Derby Dolls and that's their Doll Factory, probably the only venue in the country fully dedicated to roller derby and owned by the Derb yDolls. Its really impressive to go and see a game there. And those are LA Derby Doll skaters. They're famous!
Britain pays the EU roughly £4 billion a year - from that we gain at least some things.
Britain pays £31 billion a year on interest for debt - for that we get nothing, 31billion a year, vanished, every year gone, not actually even paying of the debt just £31,000,000,000 a year wasted on nothing.
SO maybe get your priorities right if your worried about taxpayers money.
Roller derby (or the flat track variety) is growing rather rapidly in Europe. There are 22 leagues in the UK alone, 7 in Deutschland, and one each in Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland and Ireland. Some of them are still in the formative stages, but it's coming along. There will be a Euro tournament in London in July.
Great!

The capacitor thing is not very clear. The rest is simply great as a teaching instrument.

The flat track variety has gotten really big in the states too. Every city I've lived in has had a league.
