i saw this on Sundance last night. Amazing movie, really sad in some parts, a little odd in others, but overall super amazing.

I dunno, man... Haven't seen the movie, but from what I can see in the trailer it looks like a combination of Dark Water, The Grudge and Shutter. Not particularly original. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Trying to see if it's worth watching.

I agree with you, but I really hate when people say Koreans COPY, wich they don't... it's so annoying, they were the first ones to even create the long black hair concept. So in other words, it's safe to say Japan copied Korea.

I love this movie, Kim Ha-neul and Nang Sang-min is so pretty. They really scares me a lot.^_^ I'm glad that I have found and watched this movie.

the intro was scary when the big sister came in lols but it was funny afterwards xD;; and then it went into being scary again xD;;..

White is the traditional color of mourning in Korea and they usually bury (or burn)their dead in those long, shroud like gowns.

I think it is a kind of japanese ghost who always wears white and have long black hair. I think they are called yurei. You can read about them on wikipedia.
