The stuff works and I've seen it first hand! The first round of papers from the PISCES test site on Mauna Kea, HI are just starting to come out in various journals. Truly impressive. Sadly, if Congress does not override Obama's plan to bring much of the NASA programs to a screeching halt, this is the closest we are going to get to the moon for a long time.
