Their a Punk Rock Band from America but their also fans of reggae and dub they have done some songs fusing that with Punk rock. This song also plays at the beginning of their music Video for Ruby Suho. That's how most people came searching for this song. You should check one of the members Tim Armstrong solo album which is a reggae album with similar styles influenced by the stingers and other great reggae artists.
