Hi, These models are amazing, but have you guys ever looked into rendering? rather then displaying in google earth, i have been using google sketchup and many other modeling programs for many years and if the models are rendered and displayed that way then the quality and detail of the models can be increased to a higher standard then when in google earth. My model is even more detailed than Royal Carribean's a work of art, I was inspired by actually cruising on Oasis and have been working on the model for 11 weeks now :D

@clovelywindheaven The models are built with all outside area covered... pool areas, outdoor bars etc with hundreds of pasengers but file sizes are too large at this stage to record. So in the interim we can only display basic models for the itineraries. This was our first close-up & more detail is shown in our latest Fly-by videos but even they have to be scaled back unfortunately.

@strongid Pretty sure it doesn't lol, 3 days walk at average human walking speed (assuming a day is 12 hours, not 24) would be 144 miles lol. Not that that's a realistic distance which you could acheive in 3 days walking... because of fatigue etc, but that's the actual figure lol.

@jaspersen219 That's pretty simple, bro. Basically, the hull is full of air, which is lighter than water, so even if it is extremely heavy and huge, its overall density is lower than water. A solid rock will sink to the bottom, but a hollow one will stay afloat.

You could take a train into any city and just sit around all day and get the same effects:- congestion, people everywhere, same old eating digs, same old, same old. The only thing might be no smog, or have they effectively channeled the huge engine exhausts into the central abortarium- so the passengers can REALLY feel at home?
