  • if the guy in the red shirt had his elbows all the way tight by his body on the close grip bench, then he wouldn't be able to go all the way down to his chest with the bar. If he did his rotater would come into play in an bad position and it wouldn't be comfortable. at that point your just ingaging shoulders and chest.

  • the red stuff is most likely BCAA'S= brach chain amino acids which are used by the body for fuel during the workout, createine is something that you need to take pre workout by at least 45min to an hour so your body can properly absorb it so it is used during the workout properly :)

  • @asteyavinay personally go for closer goals first, frank has been training for years.... i mean years as in 15 years plus+ so now if you want to get to his size its going to take time and dont think taking steroids... or other supplements will get you there you need to put in the effort yourself yeah you can have certain supplements to help , Frank says the only supplements he used is Protein, and vitimins from Animal pak but there just basic vitimins now..... i personally dont believe this try

  • its actully better on the wrists, when you have your thumb infront of the bar, the bar tends to sit closer to your your fingers, causing excess straing to the wrist, and also on close grip benching, its literally a must to have the so caleld 'suicide grip' because it gets the wrist on a better angle to the bar for such a close grip.. with normal grip, you have excess straing on the front of the wrist, plus side of the wrist.. when doing close grip benching
