Dear Rajani,

This is wonderful. I know some donor government won't listen because they know what is happening on the ground but still continue to shower money to corrupt governments without accountability in order to safeguard interests of a few elite groups. The best way for us now is to reach out to tax payers and voters of those donor countries. If such messages reach the voters in donor countries we'll see accountability in our country. It's hard to cure this malaise by local fights alone
