@minipcpro I think I agree with others who say that the Android OS does not use all the power that the Tegra processor has to offer. On NVIDIA's press conference I saw something really promising about graphics when Tegra 2 was about to born. Most of Android's games are in 2D or cartoon-based so this is not something to consider if your thinking about serious gaming, except for NFS: Shift. Do you think that this is about to change?

@MrJohnnation iPad 2 has a wider choice of games, but on the Prime you can use a xbox or ps3 controller, wirelessly. iPad's dual core shows more fps in benchmarks, but the few dedicated tegra3 games have more gorgeous graphics and run smoothly - so you won't notice if they have 50 fps instead iPad's 90 fps (hypothethically)...In addition, if you have a desktop pc with a nvidia video card you can stream Skyrim or COD to your tablet. However it has just approx 10 quality games....

Yes I will. Every single android game stutters, don't know why. Its just not butter smooth. Its smooth, definitely playable. But its not perfect.

@ccaian1 Probably you're confusing with the UI that has hiccups due partial hardware rendering that should be solved with Android 4.0. In addition you should clean up the background activities before launching a game. IOS directly suspends any non foreground activity after 5-10 seconds except special permissions like voip, aka has no multitasking

Deine Rezension von Dungeon Defenders war leider nur sehr oberflächlich.

Das Spiel vereint so viele gute Spielprinzipien mit einer solch guten Balance, dass der Verweis auf MMOs nicht ausreicht. Hier hätte ich mir als (momentan) eifriger Dungeon Defenders Spieler mehr gewünschst. Hast du es denn überhaupt angespielt?

@dANNNimal I'v seen someone run the game heroes of newerth on an android tablet. It was definetly not an official thing S2 (gamedeveloper) did. It ran very well, excpt it's quite intensive so there might be a problem there.

@silkyland trust me the xoom is worse, it has a lower benchmark and in no way performs greater than the eee pad. i have had sufficient hands on time with both side by side to know this

for tablets with hdmi out you can connect up to the tv whilst with the 3.1 update you can plug an xbox or playstation controller so that you can use the tablet as a sort of console. imagine a proper controller with a high definition tv, it makes the majority of these games just so much more fun.

Yeah, Vendetta Online! It's a great game if you are in to the space trade genre. You can also play on PC in the same galaxy as tablet users, pretty cool if you ask me. Nice to see someone include it in a review.
