hey bro i got this for my son, i got it runing good, then i messed with the idle pins and it stalled jus like urs did, but i had these problems with it but i didnt get it right yet? i never got it back running. i quit cuz i got frustrated and then it startd raining. but it wouldnt start back up. how many starts would i get out of the ignitor with 10 hour charge? i put it back on charge! plus i have 20% but i also have 2gallons of 10%, can i use it?

Looks awfully familiar to a piece of shit buggy I had called HSP Something by Nitrotek. Crap cheaply made rc cars. Stay away from them! Even the Redcat one's, they look exactly the same as the one I had.

Went to break in my tornado s30,

In the manual it says wheels should not spin!

well when i pick myne up off the ground it goes way fast and revs high!

The idle screw does not help at all i turned it both ways and it did not do a thing!

what is wrong? Please tell me!

@YoshiMan246 make sure the carb opening gap is 1mm, set the LSN by doing the pinch test. and then tune it from there. You can watch my videos on these topics

hi just wanted to ask when breaking in the new engine on the tornado s30, do you have to use 2-3 glow plugs to just break it in because i herd when you break in a nitro engine you go thrue a lot of glo plugs, Is this true? and are there any other things i should be aware about that will stop me from driving it during and after the break in process?

well if engine is primed right, you don't have to do that.

It just opens the carb gap a little more so its more likely to start. but like ali said, if engine is primed good and carb gap is set about 1.5mm then there is no need :)

Hi ali :) Just noticed something today, my pull start cord has oil all over it! If i extend it and run my fingers down the string its completely soaked in oil :( Why is this? It must be a air leak but I took it off and everything seems to be tightened nicely :) Cheers

Cars don't fly so they don't break that often. or do not get totaled. :) LOL Planes and Helis fly in sky, one mistake and they are gone. However, nothing beats the excitement of flying. Plus there are many more options when it comes flying. RC cars just nothing but racing driving and jumping. Planes and helis have many more things to do and learn. Plus Don't forget FPV flying puts you in the seat of your Own RC Plane making you real pilot ;)

just felt i'd give you a tip with your camcorder, i noticed when you're using the tripod while setting the car up, the view is moving slightly to the left and right. i noticed my camcorder did the same thing when i was using a tripod. i saw you say somewhere your camcorder is sony? (same as mine) if you turn the steadyshot function off while using it on the tripod it stops doing that :D soz if you already knew that. btw, what model is your camcorder?

well you got to love those Chinese motors huh? i got the same car and the motor still runs but is un-tunable :( so my plan is to put a mamba max in it and it will fly!! the chassis is very weak the front axles always bend, the bearings are shot, and the tires wore down in the first week :( so over all i guess this car is a 3 maybe a 4 on a scale 1-10. but now i use this motor for diesel, that is real diesel and i also run methanol!!! any way i like your videos and i like your accent!!!! :) 5/5*

A new engine has total new parts and breaking in the engine process will make these parts mate with each other so they will work nice n smooth. if you break in right, the buggy or car engine will have better performance n longer life. if you don't then you will be buying a new engine soon.

I did one videos on shockwave jumping. it was good, and proved to be a very durable buggy. but keep in mind it has a .15 engine n it doesn't get quick acceleration like bigger engines. it gets pretty fast but on a straight run n takes few seconds to pick speed. It sure is a good beginner RC Car but you might wanna consider a bigger model 1/8 scale if you wanna have powerful jumps :D But for now yes Shockwave is a good beginner Car
