No offense, but who is that guy on the end talking about being included in Government funding, instead of looking for money and getting it to fight crime in the way you see fit, how about doing something that helps not just the economy but the people itself? Take those moneys and invest in some seeds and plows, some boats and sea farms...< --jobs!! jobs!! Instead of being puppets to the US Government and its system of things, get off the emancipation and gain some independence!
