  • to make sure it slowly transitions, but I have heard pros and cons on this subject so a middle way not too long (like this) not too little. Best is to let mom hold baby and decide the best time for both :)

  • Okay the first minute scared the crap out of me(i'm a woman).. but then seeing the baby in the water and seeing him open his eyes was beautiful.. then finally seeing her hold him and witness his first breath brought tears to my eyes..

  • so did she have twins or was it just one but slow and fast mode.

  • Where can I get this tub or where can I deliver that has this tub?

  • why do they hold the infant underwater for a long time?

  • the first birth was impressively fast :D

  • SO I WORRIED ... THE BABY EYES OPEN IN WATER

  • that was great to see the breech births in water. I'm going to research the benefits and risks of it. The only criticism I have of these professionals is that they kind of held the baby down after being born. Baby was trying to swim up and they were discouraging it. Obviously, baby was okay- it just seems unnecessary. Also the cord was cut pretty quick.

  • damn..the baby came out fast! but very cute...

  • does waterbirth feel better than a non waterbirth looking pretty fine

  • @lostfinalefail yes. I've had three so far. The first out and the next two in water. The difference was huge. Warm water, easy movement, easier to relax and change positions, catching my own baby and so on.. I can't say it looks to comfortable in the glass things those women are sitting in though...

  • Lovely video - Brings tears to my eyes that I was bullied and forced into a caesarean for a Frank breech. :)

    Congrads Mama, well done :)

  • yes they do gulp liquid in the womb and there is nothing preventing them from gulping water right after birth..now if mother has had a bowel mouvement..that isn't the best thing to aspirate is it???

  • Is it okay if the come out feet first?

  • @irulesoccer101 as shown here yes MD's just like money and want to keep down their malpractice insurance

  • aww the baby opened its eyes how cute

  • dang that baby came out with the quickness

  • EEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!

  • the baby shits

  • Fantastic video! Thanks for sharing.

  • holy cowdung!

hmmm. those breech births went really well! the foot my god the foot...

  • i cant believe she just pulled the babys head out on the sencond one... i would have been scared of ripping my self... i no the baby is felxable but gosh lol. but the 2nd baby was like wow a new bigger room and brighter :)

  • why was she under water for so long hello pull her up

  • Babies dont breathe until they hit air. The cord is still providing oxygen to the baby underwater. I would not have held the baby in the water that long, but I think they did it to let the baby adjust before hitting air and having to breathe for the first time.

  • the babys like wow a new waiting room...oh hey guys im i out yet!! lol

  • i want to consume that liguid after she is completed

  • @lostfinalefail WTF?!? STR8 fapped

  • Bellbirthing is right. The baby cannot aspirate water. Think about it.. the baby just spent 9 months in a liquid filled sac. Baby's gulp liquid and cry in the womb. They do not breathe air until they are exposed to it.

  • Wow most would just get a C-Section if it was a breech.

  • @Sims2freakazoider - that's just cause the medical community has us convinced that a c-sec is necessary for breech baby. It's not unless it's lying over the vaginal entry/exit with it's back.

  • WOW

  • The baby still gets lots of oxygen from the umbilical so it gives the baby a chance to come into the world slowly and peacefully. WIthout a huge shock. beautiful birth, I have seen this one before.

  • Agreed *BUT* even with the cord still intact the baby can try to breathe and aspirate water. Not such a good idea to leave them hanging out down in the water so long.

  • Acutally, no. The baby's body hitting cold air is what triggers him/her to breathe. The baby won't breathe until the air touches his skin. In Germany they leave the baby underwater for a good 15 seconds because pulling the baby up to fast can cause the cord to snap and mom can bleed out.

  • Thank you so much for sharing. I just had a planned home water birth that was a surprise breech! It was amazing. :)

  • beautiful baby especially at 1:57!

  • wow she is so relaxed

  • why do they hold the baby underwater

  • because they can bread under water

  • @cute799 cuz he can't drown
