One of my friends, she has a rescued burm, about 6-8th generation of inbreeding, most of the snakes from that clutch had no eyes, damn inbreeding...

Yeah some people want them for their size but some probably just like their beautiful pattern. Like me, im 14 and i love retics but i cant have a 33 foot snake in my room. so i want a dwarf because they are just like a mini version of the regular ones. its so cool how they are really skinny compared to their length but thats easier to tell with the babies but they dont stay babies forever so thats why i would get a dwarf.

it probably depends on your idea of best. There are many colubrids that are cool for that range, and there are a few neat ball pythons for that range. Sorry for answering your question for you brian, but i figured you might say the same thing.
