Pendulum test for floors, test slippery floors

you know, there's really no reason for that guy to keep the pendulum from swinging back again. Due to the law of conservation of energy.

It's fascinating though, in a strange maybe-I-should-go-to-to-bed kind of way. It never occurred to me that someone would have to test for this.

@prometheus442 If it swings back again it moves the needle back so you can't take a reading.
