Just watched both trailers plus this video, and I have to say - I'm really impressed! I love Silent Hill, altough I hate what is has become, but this looks like it captures the mood, style and essence of the older games, especially Silent Hill 2. I think filmmaking is one of the most exciting and rewarding things in the world, and I can clearly see your passion for creating films in these videos as well. The clips look great, and I wish you all the best with the film! :)

Wooow, you gotta be kiddin! :))) Its really goin to be based on SH2? Its the best game ever! Such a powerful story! Its a shame that the official Movie... skipped SH2 and will be based on SH3. For me, the other games dont have that good story. SH2 is a unique thing, I am glad, many people see that. :) Theres been a movie made out of the game... a masterpiece, I would say, I keep on watching it, its great! But its still just a videogame. What youre doing is amazing. Really looking forward to it.

@88Wildone Yes sir, Silent Hill 2 it is ... If we'd had a budget to do a full length feature, I'd have loved to! Instead, you'll be getting a 15 minute film that brushes up on the events in Silent Hill 2, with some creative liberties taken to incorporate other elements of the Silent Hill universe. Looks like its going to be one of the most amazing movies i ever seen. the camera work from the james scene cleaning his face in the bathroom looks awesome. I really hope the actors were good enough compared to the production work, to make this something epic.

And jay, i congrat u by choose silent hill 2 as inspiration for your film, cause it is my favorite sh and certainly the greatest plot ever made for a video game.

I'm really exciting about this coming out.

@paulomureb You've got that right. SH2 really does have one of the most amazing story arcs in the franchise, I wish we could cover all of it! But that's hard to do in 15 mins! It'll be a fun nod to many of the events that take place and I've incorporated other elements from the other games, TASTEFULLY, that'll be a pleasant surprise (AKA Cybil Bennett as you can see).

There is more narration than there is on screen dialogue, the narrators are professional V.O. artists!
