This simfile was on the older Bemanistyle, version 6. When they moved to the next version, they deleted every simfile. So basically, you're either have to get it from Kewing (He might have an account on the new age of Bemanistyle) or me.

I didn't really get the commercial with the song actually. Kewing Darksun did that. However, I believe he used screen recording to do it. Many people do that to get videos without downloading.
