Für mich ist die beste "Veranstaltung" für die ausländischen Studierenden ist einfach der Ratschlag:

"Kommt unter die Deutschen, lernt mehr Deutsche kennen, geht auf sie zu, redet mit ihnen, geht zu normalen Sportvereinen"

Die angebotenen Veranstaltungen von International Office der RWTH sind kontraproduktiv. Sie führen dazu, dass die ausländischen Studierenden unter dergleichen bleiben, nämlich unter anderen ausländischen Studierenden. Darin kommen sie gar nicht in Kontak mit Deutschen. Na ja, es ist aber auch nicht einfach, dagegen zu tun, man hat schon selbst kaum Zeit, dann noch extra Zeit für Kontakt zu ausländischen Studierenden aufzubringen?

Either you are confuse or you are making other confuse. the place you are living I along with other fellows also lived there even also in month like Dez and Jan. You are not the only one who is living over there. even people completed their degress by living at the same place. I think you were born by having Golden spoon in your mouth. People like you what ever PSA or International Office will do for them its not enough. JYI psa is fundend by international office

I would like to ask, DID PSA-RWTH, Aachen did not helped you ? Did they never guide you. Who are they ? They are registered student association of International office. visit there website and you will see International office logo over there. I am really very sorry to see comments like this even though after getting help from organizations like PSA-RWTH.

PSA-RWTH helped me because i am from Pakistan, it has nothing to do with international office. if i apply your same logic then PSA-RWTH should be helping each and every student no matter what nationality he/she comes from but this is not the case and yes i am living at a place where there is no warm water and no heater working, thanks to GOD i brought my own electric heater otherwise i would be frozen long ago.AAA office has NOT helped many students i personally know.

yes when i will be living in a 22 square meter fully furnished room with warm water and heater working all day , then i will also write these type of comments that i feel very sorry to see some one posting such comments after getting so much help. i got help and i am very much thankful to PSA_RWTH, but providing accommodation is not their role, they adjusted me for few days with one Pakistani student and then i was all on my own.

What role AAA played in helping us ?????

and furthermore international office does nothing for new students like us who need accommodation, i went many times and every time they say we cant do anything , atleast in the video show the truth.

about education and people, i would say Aachen is best , but studentenwerk, international office and be buddy are of no use at least for those of us who needed help and still need help but cant get nothing.

@albystef: Ist mir in vier Jahren Mitgliedschaft bei INCAS noch nicht aufgefallen. Allerdings wäre das auch kein Problem, schließlich sind wir tolerant und weltoffen.

@INCASAachen: Es tut mir schrecklich leid. Ich wollte nur Witze machen. Ich war viel mal bei INCAS und es hat mich immer gefallen. Ich hatte viele gute freunde da gefunden und kennengelernt, damit ich in Kontakt bleibe. Meine Kommentar war nur eine Provokation und würde mich für diese scheiße Witze entschuldige. Grüße. Alberto

nearly impossible to get accommodation in student wohnheims . either you apply 2 years before you start your studies or you are Erasmus or exchange student then you can get in the student hostels.

@wahabkorai28 Thats not true. It depends on the time you apply. I got my room at the halifax within less than five months. And I know a couple of people who got it faster.

Towers, halifax, Kawo1 and Kawo2 but no response and now i have to live at really a bad place, but i cant live on road :(. my frustration is not unnecessary . they should help us not like we are wandering here and there and no where to live and they are posting videos and asking the guys to tell the false things to the people.

@wahabkorai28 Do mean absolutely no response? Then there is something wrong with your application and you should ask the people again. Because at least you must get a response that you are on the list. It is also important to send an email to stay on the list every three months.

I have to dissaggree with you. It isn't really a problem to get a room. I think there is something wrong with your application. I don't know anyone who had to wait longer than about three months to get his first offer.

if your are a male then it is very difficult for u to get buddy but if u r a female, then there are 200 buddies for you. unfortunately this is the reality.
