you need to have the ability to analyze information. the low percentage about the theories about the goverment are actually partially true. i was looking up things like social engineering a while ago, till at a certain moment i started getting paranoid more and more, i did get past that point simply by not being ignorant, being aware that i might've been wrong and i realized i was, and of course by actually studying the subject i was looking up for real.

I also have problems. It is quite hopeless to talk about Illuminati, 9 11 inside job, fake moon landing and so on with relatives. Instead they talk about the latest football match and my mind is in another world. It is really a challenge since they dont understand at all. But the good thing is perhaps that I have "got used" to the idea of Illuminati, NWO and all that. It does not bother me anymore and I hope this helps me "recover" to a "normal" life and job...

I understand the appeal of conspiracy theories, because in a world full of boogeymen it becomes unlikely that anything is really your fault afterall. Also there's weird satisfaction in being privy to something that others aren't. On top of that you get a lovely martyr complex. You're an articulate guy. Consider the convoluted sources of all of this conspiracy stuff, and then just "follow the money". Or don't. I know it's a fun windmill to tilt at.
