he did have all that, in abundance. its just, when your trying to push one character (shawn michaels) you have to minimize another. he also got passed by lex luger, but again you have to spotlight the guy your going with and razor ramon the character ended up, just a good hand. i think, in retrospect, vince, knowing how the buisness changed after scott hall left ie the fans started cheering the "bad guys", would have pushed razor a lot higher than intercontinental status. where he belong BTW!

I used to live in Cocoa Beach, Florida where Scott lived as well. This was like 10 years ago and I was 17 and hooked up with this blonde stripper.

Let me add this. Hall is a 6'7/6'8 big man who can perform with ANYONE! He's more technical and agile then Nash and Kane. He's a big man who can perform a school boy pin on you or a Vadersplash in the corner (he did this as Diamond Studd).

AMAZING punch, great personality/look, when he speaks you LISTEN, and he can perform with anyone. He can bring down people of any size.

Name a 6'7 or 6'8 guy who can do what Scott does. Hell, who sells like Hall? Who can job like Hall and still be over?
