Tiggy must have actually said it towards the end of the video. Tiggy reminds me of my family's cat, Rocky (male). He was born in August 1995, and is still quite active to this day. He talks just like Tiggy would.

@ladyrahrah I dunno, it's not a normal cat sound but where I'm living we have a big russian blue named Chiyo who walks around the house going "Wo-wowow .. waow waow .. woa, waow waow" Not the same, but I never thought cats did that either. Another cat I know makes duck sounds, and another one howls XD

Maybe it does have a handicap, or maybe it's just displaying the hundreds of sounds cats can produce but most choose not to :3
