I have a self-hosted wordpress blog but the plug-in tab does not show up under appearance, I know how to use the plugins once I can get the tab. How do you get the tab on a self-hosted WordPress blog like mine?
@oplaopla1 I am not sure, it should be standard for all WordPress versions. Your menu may be collapsed, try looking for a small arrow at the very bottom of the left menu and click it to expand
@oplaopla1 Awww ok, that may be the issue. I have never used the free version of WordPress so I am not sure. This video is explaining how to install WordPress plugins on a self hosted WordPress blog.

@OneKrazyKidd It should automatically be right under appearance on the left hand side of the menu.. I have never heard of this problem?

@OneKrazyKidd once logged in you can manually try to goto - yoururl dot com/wp-admin/plugins.php
