  • "...gentle now the tender breeze blows

    whispers through my Gran Torino

    whistling another tired song

engine hums and bitter dreams grow

heart locked in a Gran Torino

it beats a lonely rhythm all night long..."

    ~Jamie Callum & Clint Eastwood

  • What a nice car man!!!, that is the car of my dreams!!!, good luck...

  • @lichitos1970 thanks

  • you lucky son of a bitch. take care of that car for the love of god.

  • @flabergas2da9 sure thing

  • now it is your because he gave u his 1972 Gran Torino because of ur grandpa and ur dad own that long ago before he gave u

  • Hey quick question if you don't mind answering me thanks. I really badly want one of these beautiful cars but I can only come up with so much cash so how cheap could I get one for that needs a little work done to it (another words it doesn't have to be top condition) thanks btw nice car

  • @Northernsharpshooter I would say around like 5 grand but it really depends on the condition, you can get some beat up ones for like 1500 or get a nicer one for like 10000 look on ebay

  • @Northernsharpshooter 1972 is a one year only. One that needs a lot of work is going to cost around 3-4K.

  • Nice classic. Leave the spoiler on there.

  • @Superman83271 Thanks

  • Not bad, nice to see another one in good condition.

  • i had a car alot like this when i was 17, my dad and i pulled it out of a feild were it sat for 13 years, we did a complete restore. i sold it about 4 years ago, got a lot of money out of it, but i wish i would have kept it, it makes me sick because i sold it .

  • nice car but i do not really like the spoiler

  • That is awesome! Be proud of it!

  • thanks

  • no way man!

  • @2002yz250 loud ass engine! shit i had one id put it on the strip so i can make a few bucks

  • out right yummy!! great car man!! happy for you

  • love the car keep it in perfect shape and plz dont let it sit 1 day and then 10 years later see it rotting into the ground i hate them people

  • its all good

  • didnt u hear walt? dont put a spoiler on like a ricer lol. but i understand and am sorry about your grandpa

  • my grandpa is going to hand me his Torino keys when he passes away he said.

  • Beautiful car. Beautiful engine. Can't state it any better than that. Take good care of it.

  • Omg this is familly car! From generation to generation!

Color looks nice but if you would add a two black stripes... ahhh

  • no yellow is cool you suck

  • Is that a stock cam? How about the C6 STOCK CJ torque converter?...Sounds GREAT...THANK YOU!!!

  • Its a Lunati Bracket master II cam, It sounds bad ass but it runs out of breath at 5400-5600 rpm. Using the orgional FMX with a 2500 rpm stall Fairbanks converter. The 2-3 shift is finally getting a little slugish as you can hear in the other video. Thanks for the questions.

  • it will run 12.8 on the quarter

  • Ran a 8.16 in the 1/8 mile on drag radials with good air that night. 8.20 to low 8.30 seem to be the norm on street tires in the 1/8 mile. The 12.8 on the very best of runs as low 13s are easy.

  • Nice , So whats she running at the strip?

I also have a 1972 GTS,unfortunetly mine is not very streetable, I miss running the streets.

  • You lucky son of a gun, that is Mint!!!

  • Yea, remember they always look better in the video.

  • Wel maybe, but that is still a dream ride. Please don't ever sell it!

  • i agree with 313foxbody420. This car deserves good care. And thanks for video. that car its awsome.

  • your so lucky. you baby that thing and dont drive it like a little i4 honda okay. no street racing, and no ricing. keep it all original and low miles. PLEASE

  • the spoiler is real sentimental to my dad thats why he left it on there after my grandpa died

  • spoiler ... please :( ruined it

  • yea it did.

  • listen to clint eastwoods vowes in gran torino dont put a gay spoiler on it

  • Just one bad GTS!

  • Hell yes, that's a beautiful, tough-looking car. Great color combo, too.

  • sweet!

  • Why the audio is duplicated with a lag?

  • Cool ass ride, sounds like its got a cam in er too,i had a few mustangs one of which was a 71 BOSS 351. I also had an old clapped out 71 torino wagon With tore up fake wood on the sides

  • Ur so lucky dude

  • nice man, sound like she wants to go!!!!! Ive got flowmasters on mine as well...Belive it or not im a motorcyle mechanic and just sold my 660 raptor..I 2have 1972 torinos ,ones a gran sport fast back and the other is a 2 door,if you need body parts or such ,let me Imight have it..kevins
