broo just do ur thing, if your not doing as good as you want to, just relax dnt let dat get in ur head cuz baseball its all about being positive nd not letting your head get to u. Meaning if you go 0 for 4 dnt let that get in your head cuz all you are going to do is hurt yourself. Its a fact dat the greatest baseball hitters failed 2 get on base 75% now thats pretty high but u see just because u stroke out doesnt mean you suck. Next at bat focus better nd be positive and watch how good you'll do

very nice, but i had a kind of weird problem this year with hitting the ball..last year i could get triple after triple easily because i could use my timing, but this year i could hit the ball easily, but i didnt get the distance i wanted...do i improve this by using the tricep bat swing workout that you reccomend?
