"the law : ruthless". I'd be curious to know what's the use of Law if it's not ruthless. It's Law or it's not.
As for vampires, they do exist : there's vampire-bats for instance & then insane &/or unhealthy people who act like the Legendary Vampires.

Only sick humans pretend to be killer Sanguine Vampyres: then there are those who are Psychic Vampyres. No choice in the matter. My Mother had no clue what she was. May she R.I.P. And the music was perfect for the pics shown.
