Who is using illegal popwer on illegal equipment?

Im running a Uniden Uniace 100,standard 4 watts output.

If thats illegal then thousands of radio users are deep in the sh**. and should start panicking

So what is the case for your defence then ? This video is supposedly an echo test right? It is obvious to everybody watvhing that it isnt a test at all ,just you playing with a toy.

Who the hell uses echo on radios anyway,theyre just annoying to the listener,but i suppose thats how you get your kicks from what ive seen.I hear people like you all day long,nothing to say,just whistle or say Ola Ola Ola all the time.

@125or200px Could be a lot worse, he could be a ham running a modded hf rig and pushing illegal power or even using 27.555... now that would be illegal and would get you a criminal conviction, fine and your equipment confiscated "quite rightly so" but using an echo mic is not actually a crime..

So the question you need to ask yourself is am i not breaking any laws when i am on air....
