Sure, much of what was in the video was not art but there is other stuff like a good throw up, a good tag, or a dope piece for example that should be considered art. Either way, covering it up will NEVER, EVER be the answer. If you tried getting some artists do a graffiti mural then yeah you would be getting somewhere. Ohter then that, forget it. Graffiti will never end. Period.
