Thanks for the nice instructional video, fellas! The only way to properly manage hand-propping an aircraft by yourself is lots of experience, slow and careful preparation and multiple layers of threat management (Properly maintained airplane, tiedowns, chocks and when possible, propping from behind and having the AC pointed in a direction that if it gets loose, it will impact nature or low-cost structures prior to getting airborne.)
