If you have software such as Adobe Premiere, it allows you to cut out parts of the video, thus:

Watch from angle A

Move to angle B

Watch from angle B

In Premiere, or whatever software you have that allows this, you can cut out moving to angle B.

to make a machinima for cod 4 u need to do it on hardcore and use c4 with the c4 old down the throwing button(Lt) and it will look good

you have to edit. by that I mean you have two shots. one record however long they are in that shot. then restart the film this time have the angle and the next spot and record that then edit them together. hope this helps

one thing that i could add to this is if you do not have a very steady hand and cant get good smooth camera movements you can get a wide shot and edit it in sony vegas to make it look like the camera is moving using the track motion effect

well, some tv's have a red, white and yellow inputs, if not then you need a adaptor that plugs into the scart that has the tree inputs.

if your not willing to pay the money for a capture card just buy a tri pod and put it in front of tv thats what i do it works just as good, it just doesnt pick up the sound well

This dude speaks the truth. Also, you can also mention some other camera tips like Rule of Thrids, slightly tilting the camera up or down when focused on a certain character to enphasize that they are superior/inferior, panning, dollying, etc. I find that msot machinimas, even some by Digital Ph33r don't use some of these. I think I've only seen Rooster Teeth use almost every one of these angles for theirs, maybe that's what people need to get into to be like 'em.
