I was 18 when the 1st game was being promoted, & I was at a stripclub of all places when I saw my 1st promo for it & heard this beautiful song.

Didn't even care about the boobies, just sat there in awe as I saw Marcus running in the dark fighting this big ass monster. Made me want a 360 so bad!

The guy who voiced Dom didn't quit, Dom's death was important to the story. He had to die where he originally had everything, his wife's hometown. And the easteregg is a refernce to respecting the dead in the field.

Everyone everyone calm your titties down. Carmine living had NOTHING to do with Dom's death. The person who voiced Dom didn't want to voice as Dom anymore so Epic games decided to kill Dom just so the person who played as Dom can't voice him anymore. Also Adam Fenix death had nothing to do with Carmine living. So chill everyone.

I really doubt that's why. First off, GOW3 is the final game in the series. They are not making anymore, therefore there is no reason to cast Dom or any of the characters again, ever. Second, they are not going to change the whole story, script and dialogue around because one guy is quitting (which didn't happen). The story and outcome of Gears of War was most likely done way before the first game was even released that includes Dom's death.

Gears of War 3 is the most emotionally intense shooter out there, with not only an amazing storyline, but fantastic mechanics and multiplayer. Epic Games, you made me cry in all three games for a total of 5 times, when Minh dies, when Tai kills himself, when Dom dies, when Adam dies, and when Clayton is alive. I rarely cry, ever, and I thank you for making me do so. If anyone from Epic reads this, the world and I are grateful. Sorry if I spoiled anything for you guys.
