If this video is true then its positively negligence on the part of the cabin crew to let this continue when clearly several inviduals were prohibiting others from hearing the safety demonstration. I don't see anything funny about this. The drunk passenger is preventing other passengers from learning important safety information, and is thus endangering the safety of the flight. In the United States, it's illegal to allow a drunk person to board an aircraft. I guess there is no such rule in France. A good reason never to fly on Air France, if they let people like this on board.
