  • Wow great smoothie i used all those ingredients (plus more) daily, but the tahini is something new i can add!!! Carob power is also a great protein source!

  • were there chunks in that drink? I'm going to try it thanks. But I have cacao powder, hope that will work. I'll put it in my vitamix though. I can't do chunks.

  • That looks really good. I usually substitute with almonds instead...for some reason a few in the house including myself have some sensitivities to sesame. It's a shame because I really like the taste.

  • I make the same drink only with cacao and a banana added plus some vanilla. It is my favorite drink too. I do the same with almond butter.

  • I actually dragged my self in the kitchen and had a go at making it myself. It didn't come out that bad if don't say so myself (not bad for a cave man like me)! Heres to a healthier 2008.
