  • Ninja Dragoon Magus Devout

  • I had a Geomancer that wrecked EVERYTHING. Shadowflare is a beautiful thing...

  • @BluTwilight8 true

  • Did that dungeon and boss easily on iPhone with them: Luneth lv56 (Warrior), Arc lv56 (Devout), Refia lv55 (Ranger), Ingus lv57 (Knight). Maybe it's a lot harder on DS, but I don't know

  • @DrMult well sorta ds is hard becuz if you 're playing ipod iphone click the square button and it quicksaves for you and ds have to do it normally

  • @combustion43 Quicksave won't help you if your party dies.

  • @DrMult i know do it when you succeed

  • Comment removed

  • @DrMult and are you playing the ipad version

  • @DrMult then it does help when your party dies sorta

  • @combustion43 I am playing on iphone. Maybe it helps when you know how to use it, but I didn't need it the whole time. The only trouble for me were one Xande clone (Knight outstalled him alone though with Elixirs) and Cloud itself when I had to use Arise nearly every single time.

  • what level was your party

  • @combustion43 As I said already, 56-56-55-57. On top of that, Luneth and Refia had 99 job level.

  • @DrMult try to make them all job level 99

  • @combustion43 What for? I beat the cloud, only thing that is left is iron golem, but it requires full party of lv99 onion knights

  • @DrMult not really used the classic team viking devout bard and ninja

  • @DrMult use i mean

  • here's a story: i just finish'd FF1 on the NES via VC, a friend lend me his FF3 for DS, it just toke me to see the screen transition and the "spell charge-instead of mp" system at the begining to feel stuck and sick already, i still fell desperate whenever i attack a foe with the four members and dies on the first hit (thanks god the target select isn't the classic style and there's no more bugged spells) but after chaos' cur4 x 3 times when in the last leg i think it can't be that bad

  • *Cloud of darkness used particle beam*

    *Does 9999 damage*

    Me: WTF???

  • @MrRocky01234 Throw > Shuriken > Cloud of Darkness > 9999 Damage :)

  • @CyanidePillz yes my ingus was a ninja at LvL 75 and did all that damage i was like 0_o

  • Dark knight, blue sweater thing, mage, and sagus

  • Ninja, knight, devout, magus...

  • @WingsOfWind001

better ninja devout black belt and summoner (summoners are way stronger than maguses they have less mp for the strongest moves but its far more devastating)

  • Thumbs up for not being able to save for the final three hours of gameplay. This game is some serious hardcore RPGing.

  • this dungeon was so god dam hard how i got to the final boss i dont know since the game is so difficult.

  • ...Hey guys. c: Open two tabs of this and start them as close to each other as you can. This sounds like really crazy but at the same time really cool.

  • Black belt, ninja, magus, sage.

  • Yay, a version that doesn't end the music fourty seconds to the end! :D

  • I had a knight (Luneth) a summoner (Arc) a sage (Refia) and a ninja (Ingus)

  • Retro FTW!!! Also, every FF final boss theme is supposed to have an epic part, like FFI has the part where is does the standard enemy theme for a few seconds and FFIV has the part with the four fiends theme. This does not.

  • @SonemonV2

It doesn't need to seeing as it's already so epic.

  • @CallM3C0c0a Meh.

  • My Party Was: Warrior(Luneth), Black Belt(Arc),Summoner(Refia) and Devout(Ingus) all at lv 59.

  • When I first defeated the CoD I had a Dark Knight (Luneth), A ninja (Refia), a Summoner (Ingus) and a Devout (Arc) all at level 58

  • this is just the NES theme with a little modern taste to it, and by the way I heard someone could do a hack on the final boss so that you could control its attacks. but that's just a rumor

  • The final dungeon in part 3 was the easiest final dungeon ever!

  • Not really... I think the easiest final dungeon would have to be FFV's. I'm not counting Shinryu and Omega, as they are completely optional...

  • Hardest end dungeon ever....

  • @porterwake yes, at least someone else has found that hard, ive been stuck on that final boss for about 4 years now....

  • @DasMakNT lol, having trouble with the four bosses before cloudie, or are you trying to beat her without going through them?

  • @Lockerdown3 I dont remember fighting any other bosses in the end dungeon other than the cloud thing, which I keep losing to. are there also 4 other bosses in the end dungeon?

  • @DasMakNT um yea, they weaken the cloud a bit if you defeat them (it only took me a couple tries after that :P), but do not use that center warp (which is the first thing you see...) until you do so, that would be the problem I bet

  • @DasMakNT

yes, theres four bosses from FF1, destroying them weakens the cloud of darkness i guess (i do it because theres ribbons hidden that'll make you immune to any status changes thatre bad for you and i REALLY dont know if the cloud of darkness is even defeatable before you do that, its because she does 9999 in the fight before hand that i dont know if its just for the show or not)

  • @porterwake

its just long...so fucking long.....and no saves.....

  • @porterwake not realy as long as you have the ipad version it wont take long but for ds kick-ass

  • @porterwake SPAMMIN' RUNAWAY ALL THA WAY!

  • the baddest final battle music but is stil rules

  • Baddest isn't a word, so it can't be the baddest music ^_^.

  • Cloud of Darkness is hard. She's making the game not fun because I have to keep repeating the final dungeon.

  • Amen to that.

  • I think Cloud of Darkness is one of the easiest final bosses in the history of FF.

Still takes me over 10 minutes though due to me just sitting there listening to the cool final boss music.

  • I wasn't properly prepared. It's not a matter of grinding levels; it's a matter of grinding job levels. Some of my job levels were really low. My Devout had a job level of 40, and my Ninja had a job level of 30. She's easy if you grind your job levels up...

  • How come your job levels were so low?

  • Because I didn't intentionally grind them. I just went through and got to the final boss. Also, I accidentally saved over my save file, so I had to start over...>:(.

  • You should never rush through a Final Fantasy game because you'll only get stuck and have to restart your data from scratch.

Dont worry though as this time you know what to expect and you also know what your doing.

  • I know. I was so tired of repeating the final dungeon from losing to Cerberus that I wanted to get it over with. Also, I've heard people beat her with a Devout at job level 26.

  • Yeah i guess it is possible to do that but i've noticed that nearly 100% of the people who have done that have used cheats so...

  • Yeah, that was my mistake. Well, I know what I'm doing now :D.

  • Good luck mate.

  • Thanks.

  • heres a useful tip: Max out the dragoon because when the dragoon is maxed out the jump command does over 9999 but heres where it tricks you, jump will do something like 30.000 but it will still only say 9999.

  • Yeah, I had him at job level 85, and he was doing 9999 damage. It might have been more, but I'm not sure...

  • also make sure your characters are over lv55

  • Yeah, my characters were around there when I went to fight her. Damn Particle Beam >:(.

  • another useful tip: have two white mages in your party that have a job lv99

  • Aren't Devouts better? My plan for my new team will be:

    Knight, Summoner, Devout, Dragoon.

    or

    Knight, Sage, Devout, Dragoon/Summoner.

  • Good job combinations and im not sure about devouts as i havent been on the game in a couple of years now.

  • Yeah, Devouts are better. They are the most powerful magical class. The Sage used to be the best magical class until the DS version, which made the Sage slooooooooooooooooooooooooooow.

  • I really need to play this game again.....

at the moment im playing FF4 on the DS and it dont help that ive only completed FF3 the once and that was years ago now.

  • I prefer IV over III by a longshot. In fact, IV is my favorite FF of the bunch that I've played so far. Following is FFVII and FFV/FFVIII.

  • @JenovaMember That's because they fixed some jobs. The sage in the nes version was gaddamn overpowered.

  • I had a dark night, an archer, a warrior and a devout on my team

  • my team was knight dragoon ninja and sage

  • cloudofdarkness: IMA FIRRING MY LAZZER-shot the damm particle beam-

  • I am so pumped for the Final Boss. I just beat that tree area where you have to fight the guy who took over the soldiers.

  • Does anyone know where I can download this song?

  • Major kickass-ness

  • I liked this theme. :D Thanks for upload.
