That first song is by famed Hollywood musician David Rose (Holiday for Strings, The Stripper). It's called "The Christmas Tree" and is available for download on an album entitled "The Golden Age of Light Music: A First A-Z of Light Music". David Rose conducted on The Red Skelton Show for many years and was Judy Garland's first husband.
