@TheMonrose18 I don't think she will find out this season, because they brought merlin as an old man up very often, which is kind of genious because no the they can duel each other opened but she still doesn't know it's him, so they can use that to make our waiting for her OR ARTHUR to find out a bit easier. Don't know about season 5 , though, but they have to reveal it SOMETIME and I long for it so much... CAN'T WAIT for the next episode anyway, the preview drove me crazy!

@SingenStattAtmen U know, the legend must be 'made' by BBC. That's the most depressing thing in all of this! We know who is gonna be who. I was a huge fan of ArMor and I knew that will never happen, because the legend is different. Season 5 will be about 'building Albion' I guess and about whole Merthur's fantastic future. In trailer they met as Morgana and Emrys, not Morgana and Merlin. Maybe one day she will learn about Merlin's not Emrys's magic...

@TheMonrose18 Yes, but this is a tv-series after all. There's nothing that say that they have to be 100% true to the legends/stories. They may very well change some characters, plots etc.

You just never know.

i think you can really tell how much the poison scene hurts morgana in this scene. You can also tell that she isnt comfortable w/what shes doing because she cuts merlin off in that fast way you do when you know youve done something wrong and dont want to be guilt triped. From her challengeing merlin i think she feels a connection but dosent think he has magic because she dosent know why he would protect camelot. she thinks everyone there hates magic thanks to morgause's influence.

I'll be honest. I don't really like the new Morgana, but it is interesting to see her in this light (not the bad stuff, but the willing to fight for what she believes in/how alone she must feel). It really explores where her character is right now. I do want the old Morgana back & maybe she will come back with the help of Merlin/Arthur/Gwen, but its still interesting (character goes full circle).

Morgana seemed fragile to me in this scene, like she was expecting Merlin to say something about the poisoning thing.... you can really see how she's alone at this point....dunno, it looked to me like Morgana got upset with Merlin when he mentioned Arthur and Gwen because she still wants their friendship....

I completely agree w/ you on that. I bet the director set up this scene on purpose (having her alone in the woods while the others are together/show how alone she feels). She also seemed frightened of Merlin in this scene (like she's waiting for him to try & kill her again).

And, I think deep down, she still really wants them as her friends, but she's been led to believe that they won't accept/turn on her if they find out about her magic.

Yeah, I definitely ship it too. Really, Morgana is so alone, and while Merlin might not understand her rage, she can't deny that he understands her better than anyone else. He always has. She was really hurt when he betrayed her. She loves to rub it in that he's beneath her station, but when she finds out he's a sorcerer, that will change everything.

Yeah, I would agree with that. She is angry that she's been let down/lied to pretty much her whole life (Uther breaking constantly breaking his problems/not telling her he is her real father/people like her being persecuted/murdered for essentially no reason/etc), but despite her anger at Merlin, she does realizes that for some reason he does understand when no one else does.
