don't know if anyone ever did this, but I decided to divide the amount to be paid, by the number of hits. Came out as 64. I did this on a couple other videos, got the same result. Heheh, nice touch by Nintendo

No problem. It's a common mistake (it does look weird).

You can tell if a score is gamesharked if, say, the person gets all 511's and 487's and gets a total score of about 3500+

Nice Gameshark video. You'll notice when he puts in his score at 1:54 it's a little over 2900 and when he scrolls through at 1:57 its only a little over 2650. I give no respect to cheaters who lie about their accomplishments.

This wasn't done with a gameshark. This game has a scoring glitch when a person gets over 511 on any level (this is Area 6 in this video). It takes away 256 points from that level when the rankings are entered in.

I assure you no gameshark was used to get this score.

380+ on macbeth requires you to go the boss route and stall to get all the enemies. meaning: you'd miss out on area 6, which is a HUGE mistake.

Yeah, but this is the exact point where the difficulty goes exponential in improving my total scores.

At the moment I have no idea how to improve past this besides Aquas and Sector Y. Getting 427 and 391 was hard enough for me. Also A6 was a once in a lifetime miracle with a 355 checkpoint.

I'll say that 3000 is possible, but maybe not by me though.

I know it must be incredibly hard for you, but you're only 93 kills away (unfortunately, that's a euphemism). I always notice that you finish with anywhere from 20 to 80 lives every time you get a score this high; I would have thrown my controller into the television a long time ago.

Wow! 700 in A6? Amazing! You were one point away from 500 on Zoness, don't beat yourself up on it. On Aquas I can see that but overall, very very nice! Do you not get a medal in A6 at all or?

I could've gotten 700 in A6, but was tired of doing the run so I ended that level early.

Zoness kept giving me 499 hits multiple times with a 261 checkpoint, so I just accepted a 499.

Aquas is just... uhghhggg...

I didn't get a medal in A6/VE cause I killed Slippy in A6, then Peppy died in Venom just 'cause.
