Sort of stupid prank. Easily done if you understand the top portion was a person without limbs. She already knew how to walk with her own arms. A person who was just ripped apart would not know how to walk away with their own arms. Bottom portion is either mechanical or midget. But it looks more mechanical limbs. Not a fancy trick only find a person whose limbs were amputated or they never grew.
