(1) Someone said to me Jay is dead when clearly he isn't. So I thought that he meant Jamie is dead, which he is, but this person thought I meant Jay's dad, who is dead.

(2) Your second point is mind blowing and I'm not sure why it is directed at me. I was simply arguing against someone who said Jay is dead when clearly he isn't. I thought he was getting mixed up with someone else and it turns out he was!
