Kiki is actually a creative name for a Gardevoir. Although, Gallade will always be a favorite. Whenever I fought these guys in Sapphire, I always used a Pikachu first(to paralyze it), and if it was killed, Id restart. Same for most legendaries... then it got easier from there.

Ok the get the Regis you need I think all the HMs. You DO NOT have to beat the Elite Four. You need a pokemon called Relicanth, a Wailord, and a pokemon that knows the move Dig. The Relicanth may take a while to find, it is like Bagon in Meteor Falls. Once you have those, you teach Wailord Surf and Dive. Then you go to this ancient undersea cavern (sorry I forget where). Sorry I forgot the rest =( But have fun!

Here is how you get to th cave. Go into the dessert by Mauville. Then, go down the dessert untill you see a Ruin Maniac named Dusty. Try not to get close enough to battle him. Next, keep going down untill you see trainers that you need to battle to get down further. After your done battling them, keep going down and if you did the thing to unlock the 3 caves that hold the 3 Regi's, then go in the cave and read the braile message, take two steps down, two steps left. Then use Rock Smash.

Yes. After you beat the Elite Four to get the 3 Regis, Groudon, and Kyogre(Whale Pokemon) . But you can either get Groudon or Kyogre. Not both. Hope this helps.

in emerald to get them all exept the latis you need to get through the sootopilis thing then you can get kyogre and groudon in random parts to set areas and rayquaza you can get after it too unlike in sapphire and ruby

Go to the Weather Institute by Fortree and then go in the institue. Go up the stairs, then talk to the scientist in the narrow room and he will say their is a drought in this area or heavy rains in this area. Drought means that you found Groudon and heavy rains means that you found Kyogre. Bring lots of Ultra Balls and save before you go and capture them. They both are at level 70.

You need a relicanth and wailord.Then go to the sealed chamber then put wailord on the the first position then relicanth to the last position then use a pokemon with dig (seeing the braille door)then the door will open.After that press A on the braille at the top then it will shake.You can catch and battle the regis now.

it is a long story actually. you need a relacinth and a wailord. put wailord first in your party, and put relacinth last. then, in the currents' there is a place to dive. dive. keep going untill a rock thing. undive. go to the back. read the braille message. use dig. a door will appear. go in. go to the back. read the long message. after you are done, an earthquake will happen. all three caves of the regis will be unlock.
