Hell it took me a week, and threat of legal action, just to get one of the support people to give me his name.
If the CEO truely believes in his site, then I ask that HE provide HIS information to everyone.
Spokeo provide a lot of incorrect information. Also, when I recently asked to be removed from their system, I was told it will take 3-4 weeks after I mail them three documents that need to be printed out and mailed to them. They refused to accept digital copies of these forms from me. And at this time, the representative that I have been in touch with won't tell me how they are getting my address so I can shut it off since their site claims it's grabbing it from some public setting. Suspect.
