toon link could have won if he used a different aproach. Run away using arrows? Thats useless, he should have used the boomerang once in a while. As marth doesnt have projectiles, you have to use them for ur benefit. He is to fast keep running away, but good job anyway!

If you've ever played LoZ: The Wind Waker you'd understand why Toon Link's Boomerang goes so far. That thing had crazy range in that game so it seems right that they give it that same range here.

i need some tips for marth in melee, i still play it much more than brawl and there is just something missing from my marth that could make it so much better, ive studied yours,mew2kings,aisengobay,and walks marth(and sheik) and i cant figure what im not doing or doing wrong

kizzu im not tryin to hate but, you know that short hop overb to Fair, do it less often just do 2 Fairs or Fair then uair because walk shielded the overb alot

The thing isn't about how effective it is, because effectiveness is more around the player, and less the attack itself. This is about a creation of options to attack.

Good Marth, Kizzu. But it looked like mid match, you remembered to do a tactic and you kept trying it =/ Then at the end it looked like you remembered to use the B move or something lol..

Thanks. I was testing some tactics at this time, so yes, wasn't a very good match.

I still need to learn to control these things with Marth, I still so inconstant with him in match. Thats why I got 9th in the Rise Again championship here, I'm only constant with Robot; I lose only when tried to use Marth (lol).

I'll upload more training matches, and getting advices would be nice.

I like your strategy with Toon Link. You drew your opponent to you. That's pretty good man, I wouldn't mind going against ya sometime.

Yes, its pretty effective at the time that I was playing against Ryota.

I think that using Walk to movement is the best choice against Toon Link (Power Shield ftw). Too bad I still focused with my old Melee's Marth.

yeah, i saw u trying to use the short hop neutral A in the air and it wont hit when close up cause u will jump too high. u have to get like a running start and jump alot farther back in brawl than in melee in order to hit them with the neutral A aerial attack.
